These examined SOAs include both paper and electronic filings, along with any correspondence with the filer and amendments. Each SOA can be viewed by clicking on a year and accounting period, then clicking the entry in the ID # column. SOA cover pages (paper filings only), filing instructions, and blank pages have been omitted from the statements and may result in missing page numbers.
