Copyright Royalty Board Publishes Procedural Regulations with Request
For Comments
The Interim Chief Copyright Royalty Judge, on behalf of the Copyright Royalty
Board of the Library of Congress, is issuing regulations that govern the
organization, administration, and procedures of the Board. The regulations
are effective May 31, 2005, and are for immediate use in proceedings that
are subject to the jurisdiction of Copyright Royalty Judges. Public comments
are sought on these regulations. The comments are due June 30. Reply comments
are due July 21. (Read further
