Orphan Works Roundtable Location Changed
The Copyright Office is holding public roundtable discussions on July 26
and 27, 2005, and August 2, 2005, regarding “orphan works,” that is,
copyrighted works whose owners are difficult or impossible to identify or
locate (70 FR 39341). THE LOCATION OF THE JULY 26 ROUNDTABLE HAS BEEN CHANGED.
Both the July 26 and July 27 roundtables will be held from 9:00
a.m. to 5:00 p.m. E.D.T. in the Rayburn House Office Building, Room 2237,
Washington, D.C. 20515. The August 2 roundtable will be held from 9:00 a.m.
to 5:00 p.m. P.D.T. in the Goldberg Room, Boalt Hall School of
Law, University of California at Berkeley, Berkeley, Calif. 94720.
