The public hearings are part of the 1201(1)(a) rulemaking on possible exemptions to the prohibition against circumvention of technological measures that control access to copyrighted works.
The hearings on the anticircumvention rulemaking in Washington, D.C., on May 2-4 will start at 10:00 a.m. instead of the previously announced time of 9:30 a.m. The first day of hearings at Stanford University in California will start at 2:00 p.m. instead of the previously announced time of 9:30 a.m. The second day of hearings at Stanford will begin at 9:30 a.m. as previously announced.
