Correction to Office Proposes Amendment to
Extend Filing Deadline

The location on the Copyright Office website of the Federal Register notice of the proposed extension of the deadline for noninteractive nonsubscription services to file initial notices of digital transmission is http://www.copyright.gov/fedreg/1999/64fr59140.html

The location stated in NewsNet Issue 64 was incorrect.

The notice will be published in the Federal Register on Wednesday, November 3. Therefore, comments on the proposed extension must be received by the Copyright Office no later than November 18, 1999. Please see the Federal Register notice for more details.
